Stansted (STN):

You will need to get to London Liverpool St. station and then get a train to Colchester.
Gatwick (LGW):
- For the quickest way to Colchester take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station. On the Underground take the Circle (yellow) line to Liverpool St. and change to train going to Colchester North Station.
